I always wonder why we always speak about empowering the women, when they are already gifted with incomparable strength and qualities which is rare to find in even the strongest men. Now It's not only the time to change how men look at us but also to change our own outlook on how we look at our fellow beautiful ladies.
Few areas where we can ammend certain things are mentioned below
1. Gender Equality
When we talk about equality do we vouch for a separate counter for women or having the benefit of an extra seat for a woman in the metro or public transport or maybe enjoying a couple of free shots on a Wednesday evening at a club for a ladies night. No, we don't., the idea of equality comes from having the freedom and will for being self-sufficient, from not getting judged based on our gender. Equality is when we believe we are solely responsible for us and not dependent on anyone for anything.
So to bring up this thing strong in the future generation, the major responsibility lies on the shoulder of the parents. You should lay down the same rules for children. For instance,, If you allow your son to go out late at night, then the same rule should be there for your daughter.
So please be indifferent and raise the bright generation. 👫😊
2. Education
Everyone has equal rights for education irrespective of gender, caste, colour and class. The literate generation will lead to a better future. Go get yourself educated girl, get that degree which will help you to launch your career.
Education helps to form a judgment of what is right and wrong. Educating a girl will empower her to become self-reliant and independent. Educating a boy will help him to make more informed decisions and will also entrust him with good morale

3. Career
We can quote many examples of women leaders all across the globe and it is well known and proven that women have better managerial qualities. They can multtask and complete any given task with minimal efforts. What they really need to grow even stronger is just a little push, motivation and equal opputunities. They should be evaluated on the basis of thier work and performance rather than based on thier gender.
Imagine , if Indra Nooyi was being told that "Oh you are woman, you cant do it". Pepsi would not have witnessed such a temendous leader. So its time for all the companies to change the prespectve towards female employees for more rapid growth and better future.💪💪
4. Safety and Security
It's the basic human right to feel safe and secure. It's not that women out there are all fragile and delicate, they are way stronger than you can imagine. Being an Indian, I grew up listening to the glorious tales of Maa Kali killing the devils and I do believe we all have that super power to protect us.
We as women should also make an effort to learn self defense. Also as a modern society, we need to change the way we objectify women out there.
The safety should be everywhere may it be home, workplace or just in public. Also do remember to respect other women the same as your mother, sister, wife or girlfriend .
5. Empowering the fellow women
Hey beautiful, whenever you cross any other girl, don't forget to tell her that she is beautiful. whenever she is low, hug her tight and help her rise. Share your learning and learn from others. Appreciate talents around you. Don't demand any irrational rights while bragging about feminism. Because feminism is being beautiful and bold together. And remember if you cannot stand for others and no one will stand for you.
